RETURNS/REFUND POLICY

WHAT IS THE MEG UNIVERSITY RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?

If the product does not meet your expectations, or you are unsatisfied in any way, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of your purchase. Please note that exchange products are requests only, and can not be guaranteed as they are based on availability at the time of processing.  Returns and exchanges can take 7-10 business days to be processed after they are received at our warehouse.  

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please note, previously purchased items will NOT be price matched to discounted or on sale item prices.

How do I return a product?

When processing a return, please find your original order number. Once the order number is located, please use our portal and follow the instructions to process your return/exchange.

The product I purchased is defective. How do I exchange it?

If you feel you have received a defective product, please email us at office@meguniversity.com so that we may correct the issue within 30 days from purchase. Please include pictures of your item.
